This is a ARC Clone Trooper. All I have done is simply very carefully used a modelling knife to cut away the hair and then sand it down. Again using the knife I have given him some serious war wounds, with just a little red paint for blood.
nice, does removing the hair make the helmet fit better? Since I never take off their helmets, and actually prefer the ones with no head underneath, just a ball socket, I removed my arcs' heads and used epoxy to make smaller 'heads' to sit on, it makes their helmets look like they are supposed to. Now that I see your take, I think I might try it on future arcs and mandos.
