I just tweaked a previous custom I made, but I think it needed to happen. Updated paint application on the head. The straps are rubberbands, the pouches came off of another Bullseye belt, and the insignia on the chest is a spare shirt button. They work really well for those pesky X symbols.

My favorite custom of my favorite character in my favorite costume.
