Phantom Bullet is yet another one of Marvel/Timely's short lived heroes from 1940. While he had no powers, he had a special gun that allowed him to shoot ice bullets. These bullets would obviously melt leaving little eveidence of his involvement. For this figure I used Superman as the base. After some minimal Dremel work, I added the holster from Taskmaster, and the disruptor gun from Dr. Doom. As always I look forward to and value any and all comments,questions or complaints.
