The torso of Union Jack, and the arms, legs, head and tail of the Galactus Series Nightcrawler. Some basic repainting, and there you go. I like this costume much better than the classic one.
I would rather have used the head from the XMC Nightcrawler, but I don't have one. I'll probably order a cast one at some point and just swap them out.
