I have been a avid KISS fan for 28 years. I recently added Tommy Thayer alone on here however I remade his costume since then and now have added the 4 current members of the band with the outfits that they are wearing in concert.
Gene Simmons - was made using the face of Roadblock from GI Joe and the body of Zartan. I resculpted the body armor using Milleputt hobby clay also for the hair. The boot leggings came from a toy mirror that I accidently stepped on. When it broke, I used the mirror plastic as the Leggings. For the cape I used just a scrap of cloth lying around and cut it into the bat wings. I used Testors paint for the detail
Paul Stanley - I used a Duke head with the body of Gung Ho. Milleputt was my friend on all of the figures hair, boots etc.
Eric Singer - I used the head off of Blowtorch, G I fig and the body of Rock and Roll fig. more Milleputt for the hair and Testors.
Tommy Thayer - As I stated earlier with the first attempt of figure I used a Storm Shadow action fig.
