Full-body paint job with citadel, swapped heads with killer moth, stole captain cold's shoulder shawl and cut it up some more, stole mace windu's (blue?! Why blue!?) Light saber, dremmeled down his arms, the shawl (or whatever it's called when a dude wears it, lol) and the head, and apoxied his chest details. If you pop his head off the shawl is removable and reveals the robot's computer controls on his chest. Or, you can just lift/bend it back and take a peek..It's easier.
I was going to go for the even better coolness of having a complete shawl that wraps around his head and is removable, but since I don't have any action-figure sized child's head I had to just go for the outside look of payback. However, it may be a reality in the (kinda distant) future!
The action shot with the deadpool van is a reference to a scene in the payback episode where payback is trying to kill random guy (played by robin) as revenge for random girl (played by x-23) by cutting through the roof of the van with his energy beam thingy while batman is swooping in. The weapon is pretty much the same exact thing as a lightsaber except he can make it longer or wider as he wishes. Apparently payback knows somehow that random guy cheated on random girl but the random girl is so in love that she won't break up with random guy, so payback decided he needed to take care of things. Seconds later payback succeeds in making the van run off the road and off a cliff almost killing his target, and the girl he was supposedly doing this for. Kids. When will they ever learn?
