I Had A Fantastic Four Movie Silver Surfer Laying Around So I Saw It As A Good Base For A Batman I Stripped Off All The Silver Paint which was A Pain. His ears were plastic toothpicks I sanded the head where the ears were going to be & used Krazy Glue needles to pin them in place then I Krazy Glued them securly . I added A ML Bullseye belt W/A Nick Fury buckle for his Utility Belt. I gave his Gloves & Gauntlets A little armor by adding some strips from Mr Sinister cape then I hand painted the rest.
I also added 2 diffrent Cloth Capes to him from other Batman figures that's pretty much it!
