MOTU 2000 Skeletor Hood
Cape made from foam sheet
Staff modified Mcfarlane Dragon series staff.
I really like how he turned out.

Update: New base is done, went with a stone look. Made from a small wood clock face from Wal-mart, dremeled and painted. The stand is the neck from a disposable wine glass. Cauldron is just Halloween fodder.
