Yeah you can't have 1 twin w/out the other, so I made his brother Harlan @ the same time. I wanted to make them the same but still have their own look.
recipe:
base - dcu black manta - hes kinda smaller
head - dcu superman red
belts - rubber bands, super glued over(to prevent paint rub)
radio transmitter - aves(ear piece, rubber band for reciever)
