Here's the thirteenth Baron of the Zemo bloodline in all his sinister glory! Helmut Zemo has led both the Masters of Evil and the Thunderbolts in his quest to destroy Captain America and the Avengers. As of late, he's changed his evil ways, and wants to save the world, on his terms!
The base figure for Zemo comes from his old man, Heinrich, for the lower half. The top half is Moon Knight. The forearms and hands are from Dr. Strange. I modified the hands, leaving only the right index finger straightened. This way he can point at his foes accusingly, or tell the world that he's #1! I applied label tape to the head and neck to make the ridged mask design. The head gear and chest piece are plastic and rubber. The fur shoulder pieces were modified from Daddy's fur collar. Finally, the sword and (unseen) scabbard are from the fodder bin. The figure was primed in black and brown and then thoroughly dry-brushed. All in all, I'm pretty happy with this custom.
