Here we have our version of Gladiator... the guy with Superman's power, Namor's ears, Grimace's skin color and Mr. T's haircut. He's made from the following parts:

Guile head and upper half
Mr. Sinister lower half (shortened)
Dracula cape

Everything you see not usual with the base figs are sculpted details. Hope you like him.

Saw several Gladiators over the past few months, and some are really nice, but you sir, you and your team have brought to life the disciplined, regal, powerful, committed character that is Gladiator. Amazing! I will never know how you do this, but I will always enjoy you doing this.
