I picked up this base figure at a discount toy sale here in Australia for 0.50 cents, at that price, I got two of them, without really knowing what I would use them for.
I have seen quite a few Luke Cage customs here on the realm, so it seemed like an easy option, I simply repainted the pants and singlet to match his modern look. The great part is there is no paint rub as the pants are molded in black plastic and I didn't need to change his skin tone at all.
