I've been working on this as a Christmas gift for the worlds most fanatic twisted metal fan.
The head was entirely sculpted by me using aves fixit sculpt.
I decided to sacrifice the ab crunch articulation to fatten him up a bit again using aves, I think it was for the best.
The chest harness was made using thin strips of foam sheets, I have never heard of let alone used this stuff before and got the idea from a thread on these forums where Bobtheodd and Darththomas81 were talking about using them for cape making. At any rate I think the harness turned out pretty good thanks for the inspiration guys.
Finally I painted the whole thing using Citadel paints and sealed it with some purity seal as it is probably going to get a lot of play wear.

I thought it would be more fun for him to be able to rip it outta of a package so I threw together a last minute custom package.
