Prime was my favorite super hero character when I was a kid in the early 90's. He has Super Strength, Flight and is invulnerable to almost anything.
Prime first appeared with a red cape and gold boots and gauntlets. During a story arc, he "goes rogue" and creates a new look for himself. this was my favorite interpretation of the character.
I have been wanting to make this figure for 16 years now, and have finally found the right base figure.

Boots - 12 inch GI Joe - I removed the figure's feet and ankle joints to fit the boots.
