Whiplash Custom Action Figure

This trickiest part with this one was the lights. Scupting and paint along with some pieces from a hacked up DC Armory Batman. His whips are posable metalic wire that really catch the light from the minei LEDs on his forarm gauntlets. Lemme know what you think
