I've had this completed for a while, and upon seeing all the others being submitted, I figured I'd finally post mine. This is my first submission but not my first custom.

Started with a Hasbro Marvel Legends Punisher. removed the body from the chest up and replaced it with a Hasbro Marvel Legends 2 Pack Nick Fury.

As for the Kevlar vest, I started by cutting clam shell packaging and made a skeleton to build on. I took black hockey tape and went from there. Cutting some finger tips off of a playmates t-800 figure, I used them as rivets on some of the straps. I added pouches from various figures and an additional holster on his left leg from Nick Fury.

I may redo the skull in the future.
