I used a WWE Maximum Aggression Bobby Lashley (my favorite base for 12 Inch Figures) and went to town with Apoxie sculpt, rubber bands and super glue. Citadel paints for some technicolor love and BAM! One Magneto-bully set to go. I kind of free-wheeled the design a little bit, but I liked it!
