Picked up this figure cause of the impressive articulation and decided to make an updated Mongor from the Thundercats.
Basically just a repaint with slight mods filling in gaps in armor or fur patches and fixing up his ankle joints with styrene to fit nice and snug. Went with his classic colors as close as possible and made the armor a dark gunmetal to fit in with his dark grey upper body appearance. The scythe was a moddifed Scarecrow scythe.

I don't remember Mongor at all, but it's a great looking fantasy character regardless.

awesome work here mate, love to see the seldom seen thundercat characters and done so well too. I picked up the 3.75 inch version of this just for fodder but I think you may have given me a use for it, cheers!!!!
