Used a Bratz figure repainted his eyes red on black, and painted on his gloves, headband, bodysuit, and shoes. Sculpted his top armor pieces, and added a piece of hair for his pony tail. Then I sewed a small trench coat to complete the look. This one came out nicer than I expected and it didn't take as much work as I thought it would. :-)
Only thing I'd improve would be making a leather jacket.
