Found the Giant Man Skrull/Bucky Cap 2 Pack at Wal-Mart for, like, $12; couldn't pass on that, even though Bucky utilized that lame, squashed Daredevil body. Took the lower body from a Secret Wars Cyclops and attached it to Bucky's torso and legs. Repainted the lower torso to match, and...er, lightened the skin tone on Bucky's face, as the original's was a little too dark for my taste.
Put him next to a Shield Agent (which also uses that DD body) to show the height difference.
