The first of my new "Arkham asylum style" Batman villains. Scarecrow

I saw some gameplay footage of the Batman Arkham Asylum and decided to make my own versions of the villains.

Basically I took a random GIJOE figure, added some cloth, straps, Lego pieces, paint and called it good.

I need some suggestions for his bare hand.
