The Anarchist is (was) Tike Alicar, a mutant who could produce acidic sweat, and then project it from his hands. He joined X-Force/X-Statix, and remained a member until the entire team was wiped out on an ill-fated mission.
The recipe for this figure was fairly simple. A Luke Cage head on a Cyclops body. The hair was cut down and reshaped. The visor was made from a plastic condiment dispenser.
