This was definately a challenge! Zarathos was made from a WWE Elite Batista figure (the one with the hip ball joints which are much better), and a skull from those bag-o-skulls you get at target around halloween. the flames on his head were completely sculpted out of hot glue and painted over with several shades of blue and clear blue. same with the body. as for the red portion of the body I tried something different, instead of a solid with a dry brushed coat, I wanted it to appear dark and light sorta like it's changing like a flame. hard to tell with the pics cuz of my new led lamp, but it looks great up close.
