It is a figure I like a lot, from McFarlane's Monsters Séries 3: 6 Faces of Madness. However the pose of the figure is somewhat cumbersome e, due to that, one get's tired of the figure looks very quickly. That's the reason why I decided to make a fully articulated version.
The base is simple: Hasbro's Ultimate Nick Fury body plus head, boots, coat and accessories from Billy itself.
I also had to modify the position of the left foot, so he could stand.
The guns are from Billy (two casted shotguns) and from other characters.
The painting was all done with vinylic paint, using several colors and some techniques such as drybrushing for the dirty effect on the boots and trench coat fringe.
