I started by sanding down the sneakers to create a shoe like look, shaved off the belt, added a necklace/chain, new belt, and strips on his legs made out of Apoxy Sculpt. Next, I did a light wash to enhance the muscles and facial features, and painted the chain, belt, and strips with my own mix of colors to create a steel finish, followed by a light coat of fluorescent paint, and painted the shoes black.
Next, I drilled small holes in his ears to add the earrings.
The last step was to clear cote the figure with Testors Dullcote
