Joseph was Magneto's clone, despite his claims not to be. He was created by former (retconned) Brotherhood member Astra, in her scheme to defeat her former leader, Magneto. He was welcomed into the X-Men and competed with Gambit for Rogue's affections. In a desperate final battle, Joseph and Magneto clashed, and Joseph sacrificed his life to re-align the Earth's magnetic poles.
This was one of my fastest customs! Not a lot of assembling and carving, just a light paint-job on the hair. The body is 2-pack Wolverine, the feet from Doc Samson, the face from 2-pack SHIELD Agent, and the hair from X-23. Photos by Nara and myself. *Update*: I tinkered a little more with this figure. I evened out the legs by shortening the left one. I also shortened the neck and added a collar. Finally, I added more hair in the front. I'm a little happier now...
