Sideshow figure, total head resculpt to shape of mask, then real burlap glued down for the texture. Real stitching over mouth and eyes. Had to hand taylor suit to fit, "distressed" overcoat and my favorite part...Fear gas cannisters around waist on belt with a hose running up the arm and out to the wrist with a cool fear gas emitter on the end.
