That transparent Sonic variant may look cool when properly backlit, but I fail to see any legitimate purpose to its existence other than being the perfect base for customization. This is Darkspine Sonic from Sonic and the Secret Rings, where he borrowed the power of the genie of the ring to take on Erazor's monstrous form. It's mostly just a repaint, but I did make the rings on his wrists and ankles out of polymer clay. I think the hardest part was the double racing stripe on his head. Other than that its a cool figure to look at.
