For Terror Inc., I used The Spirit, dremmeled off the mouth and sculpted a new one, sculpted the big eye, and the face spikes. The face spikes were a pain, drilled holes in the face, inserted some small nails a built up around them with green stuff. I tried it with toothpicks first, but thought the green stuff would look more organic.

Great face-sculpt. It looks almost Lovecraftian - particularly from the BOOM! Studios Cthulhu Tales series.
