Elvin Haliday was a thirteen year old boy who was exposed to toxic materials. As a result, his body grew to adult size, with Hulk-like proportions and abilities. Deciding to become a hero, Rage fights the good fight as a member of the Avengers and the New Warriors.
This is another figure I completed years ago, but recently updated. I started out with a box set Venom. I cut out a square in Venom's face, and replaced it with Kraven's, also adding ears. The shoulder and knee pads were made from a carved-up rubber ball, and the studs were taken from a rubber beach ball. The removable helmet (gotta love them removable helmets!)was carved from red plastic (possibly an Iron Man accessory, it's been so long, I forget which one!). The wire mesh inside the mouth area of the helmet was made from Spidey's underarm webs. Originally, the arms, with real bracelet pieces as iron chain, and the boots were from the Venom figure. I recently swapped the arms with Hulkling's and added Omega Red's hands and Luke Cage's chains. The boots are from Omega Red with parts of Baron Zemo's kilt around the lower leg area. The piping on the legs is label tape and the zippers are plastic locking ties. And finally, the frayed collar is red vinyl. The figure was then painted black, and dry-brushed.
