Wilhelm Lohmer was a twisted version of Steve Rogers, a WWII-era German patriot who was too frail for the military, so he volunteered for the Nazi Super-Soldier program. After gaining abilities surpassing Captain America, he named himself "Master Man", and battled the Allied heroes, the Invaders, on many occasions.
