Red Hulk Icons Custom Action Figure

I used a red brilliant spray paint for the background, after that, I highlighted with matte vinylic paint in a bit lighter red tone leaving the grooves with the darker brilliant paint. I could have used matte varnish in order to remove the brightness of the grooves, but I left it that way so that it looks like Rulk is sweating.
