Dr. Jackson Arvad gained has density-control powers in a lab accident. Swearing revenge on his employers, he has run afoul of Spider-Man many times. Later, he joined Silver Sable's Outlaws to participate in their adventures. Not content, he joined with various criminals to battle the Wall-Crawler again!
For this custom, I used Silver Surfer as the base (my favourite base!). The hair is from Omega Red, with additional pieces from a He-Man figure. The hands are from a Street Fighter figure.
