Hi there, I'am currently in a Saint Seiya fever, giving life to those fanarts I find on the net, and giving use to the numerous X-23 I have on the fodder box. This is Yurij of the constellation of the Sextant, Knight of Athena.
Never heard of the character, but it's definitely a cool design. She looks like something that might have appeared in the old Silverhawks show/toyline back in the day.
