This character design came from long ago, back when comics are more kid-friendly. From what I've heard, he's a Daredevil villain. Very simple costume. Not much detail on the suit and minimal creasing too. He's got a HoM head, Joker goon body, Superman fists, metal claws, LOTR cape, Panther collar. Everything else are sculpted parts. This is great LC! I only had one Daredevil comic and it's the one where he was chasing after this guy. The Owl was committing some brutal murders with those claws.
