To make Nate Grey, I used Xorn for the base, sculpted knee pads and crotch pieces, used the Dark Knight Harvey Dent head with the tip from one of the torches from a Dr Doom base (from those small figures that came in crates, can't remember what they were called) and flames from Iron Fist.
