I kit bashed this custom together out on of a few different parts from various figures. At first, I never had any interest in making Sgt Slaughter, but then I thought of a recipe, so I thought I might as well put one together. It came out pretty good I think. Though the hat on him looks a bit big now that i see him in a photo.

Head - 25th Ripper shaved off beard & mohawk
Upper arms - 25th Croc Master
Lower arms & hands - 25th Bazooka
Rest - RoC Bench Press

Its all just parts swaps, no paint except where Ripper's mohawk was. I had to paint that black as it was flesh colour.

Great use of parts Steve. Did you paint anything or was it all part swap? If it's all part swap thats very clever, I used a roadblock and had to paint mine. Keep them coming.
