Frostbite was always one of my favourite Joes, so I had to make him as Hasbro had stopped giving us recreations of our vintage ARAH figures. Anyway as usual this is a simply custom, just part swapping. Only his helmet and goggles are painted. I had to use a helmet instead of a hat.
