Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine joined S.H.I.E.L.D. and quickly caught the eye of the boss, Nick Fury. The two became romantically linked, off and on, for many years. During the Secret Invasion, she was one of the heroes replaced by the Skrulls.
This was a relatively easy custom to make. I started off with Maria Hill for the body, and added a Jean Grey Black Queen head. The neck and collar are from a movie Invisible Woman.
