What if Toad joined X-Force? I liked the head sculpt on the movie Toad, but the lack of articulation was frustrating so I had been wanting to do something with that head. I picked up Xorn and Longshot on a website and thought the Longshot body would be great for Toad. I orignally had in mind to do a stealth ops type Toad, but then the X-Force idea came up and I had to go with it. This one was much trickier than I thought, first the head was attached to the neck, so I had to do a lot of dremelling to get the head to fit onto the Longshot neck, then I screwed up and drilled through the top of the head, so I had to fill the gap with green stuff and sculpt it to match the hair. The second problem was that the hip joints were super loose, I couldn't even get him to stand up, so I had to pop off the lower torso and tighten it up with some green stuff. I also swapped the Longshot hands with the Toad hands, but that was a simple swap, no sculpting necessary. I also gave him a knife from a Wildcats Black Razor to go with the dangerous X-Force style. Oh yeah, this was the first time I used rare earth magnets to attach the head to the neck, it works well, I was able to retain articulation on the head. I accomplished my goal of having a cool looking, super articulated Toad, hope you guys like it.
