Hey fairly easy custom to make and one I enjoyed the most. All I did was paint over the exisiting figure and added the boots from a DCUC Alexander Luthor. I made the shield from a Superman stand and painted it brighter. The history of the figure was back in 1996 DC and Marvel had a crossover and they created the Amalgam Universe so this is a "Mash Up" of Superman and Captain America. I Hope you enjoy!!!!
