The head is a heavily resculpted Sheriff of Nottingham figure from the BBC Robin Hood Character Options Toyline. Beard sanded away and hair sculpted on top of the balding hairline of the figure. The glasses were added from a Buffy toyline, cut to fit the style used in the film.
The body is from a Joker as a Gotham City thug figure from Mattel Movie Masters. The Shirt was painted white and a tie was added.
The figure fits with the Movie Master line.
