I wanted the Dreadnoks in my Resolute verse. The way I see it, they were ex Cobra Troopers that Zartan recruited for his gang. So this is a pretty simple recipe.

Arms - Tomax/Xamot
Body - Resolute blue Cobra Trooper

The base you used looks great for this modern Torch I love the blue colors. I know you did not paint it but the blue looks cool.
