Haggar was made from a Savage Dragon head with sculpt for hair and moustache. I also scratch sculpted the torso over a WWE Albert and used his legs with Savage Dragon's arms as to convey his bulk and size. I am fairly happy with it and he rounds out my Final Fight trio.
