One day a fisherman was seen getting attacked by a giant radioactive starfish.While getting attacked the fisherman was bitten by the mouth of the starfish.Now he is the Star-fisherman.His powers are that he can speak to starfish live underwater and be a total jerk to people who poke fun at him(which is a lot).he has never actually stopped a crime but he has saved countless fish from fishermen.I hope I win!!
