Brainiac 5, Querl Dox, of the Legion of Super-Heroes. Made from a GI Joe Dreadnock figure. I liked that the genius Legionnaire is smirking as he presses his belt buckle to activate his force field. The collar is a solid plastic ring, the tunic front and cuffs are index card stiffened with white glue. The belt is grosgrain ribbon with square plastic card panels bent and glued on. The basketweave boots came on the Joe, but I added soles and heels. Modeling Tip: Don't drink an extra-large iced coffee before trying to draw on the Legion buckle with a 0.03 marker.
