Yes thats the new yellow and blue Wolvie ... as for the GIJoe head ... I believe it was the Ripcord figure ... head fit real snug ... but I was able to force it to fit lol ... Thanks all for the comments

is that the newer wolverine with the yellow and blue costume? which GI joe figure did you use and did the head fit onto the wolverine body easily?
