Again coming at you with the bottom of the barrel heres one of the Micromaster Construction Team members called Neutro.
Used a Wedge RiD figure and switched out his head with a Steamhammers. Altered Steams head to look more like Neutros. A few fresh coats of paint and we have a former Micromaster now a scout!
