I am in the process of making all my TMNT figures looking better. To update this figure, I wanted him to actually wear a shirt, so I sculptied one onto his chest. I didn't like how his helmet looked, so I updated his helmet with scupty and some wire. I didn't have a cape so I sewed one up, and have a little button so it can be removed. I also sewed up a belt and loincloth to make him look more like the comic book shredder. Then I painted him. I think he turned out quite well!

A vast improvement. I remember dressing my Shredder in the cloth outfit that came with Splinter under his cape because the original figure was so scrawny.
