This is a custom figure of officer moony from the 1988 movie "killer klowns from outer space" in the movie one of the killer klowns kills officer moony. When another cop comes looking for moony in the police station one of the klowns (sitting behind moonys desk) uses him as a puppet by sticking his hand in moonys back.
I used random wwe parts for this figure, I think the head is from the refere figure in the rocky figure series jakks did a couple years back
